You will need:
- ½ a cucumber
- 1 egg white
- Peel the skin off the cucumber and slice it into smaller pieces, no bigger than 1 inch each.
- Blend for 2 minutes on medium speed. The mixture should become pulp.
- Then, place a strainer over a bowl and apply the pulp onto the strainer. Let the juice drain into the bowl and push it using a spoon to extract the additional juice.
- Next, add 1 egg white and mix together.
