This rotation exercises works the shoulders, biceps and triceps. Simply start with your feet slightly apart and your arms extended out and try to rotate your thumbs until they face upward and once again so that they face forward. Do 30 reps.

Side plank lifts are an excellent exercise for your back and shoulders, which will give you nicely, sculpted arms. Start off by entering a side plank position with your legs stacked and your knees slightly bent. Using your elbow for support, slowly raise your body off the ground and extend your arm forward.

Get up and stand with your legs slightly apart and a dumbbell in one hand, and your other hand holding the base of the opposite arm. Next, bend the arm behind your head and extend upward while keeping your arm steady and the muscles engaged.

  1. Ball Push-Ups:

This is an ideal exercise for people looking to build upper-body strength. Start off in a plank position and place one hand on the ground and one hand on the ball, before slowly lowering yourself into an uneven push-up. Do 5 push-ups per side before switching the hand.
