- 1 lemon

You can start with changing your bedtime by at least one hour and maintaining this for a week or two until you are ready to change it by another hour and slowly accomplishing your goal. Remember that diet and lifestyle changes take some time to adjust to and you should be kind to your body by not pushing yourself too hard.
