Nobody is immune to bad breath, but it can be very embarrassing and uncomfortable when other people notice it. Not to mention that those kind of comments always have a negative impact on your confidence.
Bad breath is mostly caused by certain foods, such as garlic, onions and spicy food. Of course, you can always chew a gum to cover it, but that will be effective only for a short time.
The problem is when you have bad breath all the time, even if you haven’t eaten anything. In this case, the main cause is poor oral hygiene. By not brushing your teeth often, you’re allowing the bacteria in the mouth to grow, causing the breath to smell very bad.
But we’re not here to tell you what causes this problem. We’re here to tell you there’s a permanent solution for it!
You probably have it in your kitchen drawer and you use it for many things, from cooking to cleaning. Baking soda offers a solution to many problems, including this one.
The sodium bicarbonate acts like a base when it comes in contact with acid and it re-balances the acidic levels in the mouth, therefore eliminating bacteria that cause bad breath.
All you have to do is rinse your mouth with this solution: 1/2 tbsp. of baking soda dissolved in one glass of water.
You will be amazed by the results!
