The following ingredients have the ability to melt the fat away by themselves, but of course, you’ll get better and faster results if you do some kinds of exercises (at least 1-2 hours a week).
- 2 frozen bananas
- 500 ml of almond milk;
- 2 tbsp. of sour cream.
- 2 tbsp. almond butter or coconut oil;
- 2 tbsp. of honey
- Little nutmeg
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth juice. Pour it in a glass and drink it immediately (while it’s still fresh). You can drink this shake in the mornings as a replacement for breakfast.
