  • Mix the apple pectin with the yogurt and refrigerate it overnight.
  • In the morning, add the remaining ingredients and mix well again. The breakfast is ready.
  • Leave the mixture at room temperature so that the yogurt and oatmeal melt first, and then you can consume it.
