  • 3 lemons
  • 125g of horseradish

PREPARATION

Blend the horseradish well in a high-speed blender. Slice the unpeeled lemon, take out the seeds, and put them in the blender also. Blend the mixture until it becomes homogeneous. Then, add 3 tablespoons of honey and mix it once again.
