  • Resting for 10 seconds
  • Repeating for 4 minutes

The main goal of this exercise is to enhance athletic performance. The longer you perform this exercise the longer your minutes should be. As your body progresses, you should gradually increase the intensity by shortening the break times and exercise. However, it is highly important to note that you must stretch and warm up well before doing this exercise as it can easily lead to straining a muscle.
