She Threw Out Only 1 Thing from The Food and Lost 60 Pounds!

A slimmer who tipped the scales at 17 stone after gorging on junk food has revealed how she has lost five stone in 36 weeks – and is now popular on Instagram for her workout selfies.

Tilly Cutler, 25, from Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, started her weight-loss journey after ballooning to a size 22 – and weighing the same weight as a baby elephant – and was left unable to walk for long periods of time.

The funeral director used to eat burgers, chips, pizza, sweets and chocolate every day – and was at one point enjoying three-course meals at least four times a week.

Tilly weighed almost 17 stone at her heaviest but after joining a slimming group in April 2015 she ditched fast food for healthy alternatives.

After sharing her weight loss journey on YouTube and Instagram, Tilly has become an internet hit after gaining thousands of followers who are desperate to follow suit and lose weight.

Tilly said:

‘I was fed up of being fat and feeling uncomfortable in all my clothes.’

The 25-year-old said she was ‘overwhelmed’ when she became inundated with followers and positive comments. She now commands a following of more than 4,700 on YouTube and more than 6,300 on Instagram.

She said: ‘It has been just 36 weeks since I changed my life and I would never look back now. I’m still not at my goal weight but at 11st 7lbs but I’m feeling much healthier and confident.

‘Being a funeral director really puts everything into perspective and makes you want to live your life to the fullest, and losing the weight is certainly helping me do that.’

Tilly began gaining weight while studying at university. For the first time, she was consuming large amounts of sugary drinks and living off fast food restaurants.

Only after she’d been put on a special nutrition program, specially targeted for obese people, Tilly managed to lose considerable amount of weight. Now her breakfast includes fruit and yogurt, her brunch carrots or salad, her snacks fruit, yogurt or a wholesome chocolate bar. She doesn’t have dinner, but still enjoys a low calorie Carbonara.
