Scientists claim that it is better to sleep on our left side, as sleeping on the right side can have a negative effect on the digestion process, and on top of that, it is also recommended that asthmatics don’t sleep on their back.
Instead, the perfect position to sleep in is the left side.
The reason behind this is that by sleeping on our left side, our heart is able to pump blood more easily, the digestive tract works well and the spleen is functioning properly without any impaired processes.
