Treat Inflamed Gums Naturally

Salty water

The easiest remedy to make is the salty mouthwash solution.  You will need a glass of lukewarm water and 2 teaspoons of salt.  Add the salt to the water and mix it well. Gargle this solution 2 times a day and the pain will disappear very quickly.


Lemon will work great because it contains vitamin C and other flavonoids. Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice with a little salt and smear it on your gums. After that, you should rinse your mouth. Sage is very effective for inflamed and bleeding gums. Cook two tablespoons of dry leaves of sage in 4 liters of water. Strain the liquid and transfer it to a bottle. Rinse your mouth with this sage solution as many times as you want.

Wild oregano
